Amydrium Medium Albo Variegata Plant (aroid sp.)

$27.88

Amydrium Medium Albo Variegata is a distinctive tropical aroid valued for its unusual foliage texture and draping growth habit. Classified within the genus Amydrium, this selection is considered one of the easier forms to cultivate. Originally introduced from the Philippines, it features thick, wrinkled, leathery leaves that typically reach 8–10 inches in length. The foliage has a softly textured surface paired with a surprisingly narrow stem, creating a balanced yet uncommon appearance.
Variegation is generally stable, showing creamy white to light green patterning across the leaves. Solid green forms are also known and retain the same distinctive wrinkled leaf structure. This variety ships well and adapts quickly with minimal transplant stress. It performs well in containers and can also be grown outdoors in warm tropical gardens. With bright, indirect light and consistent moisture, Amydrium Medium Albo Variegata develops into a textured, architectural plant suitable for both indoor collections and conservation-style plantings. Outdoors 10a to 12b
